Blue Key is led by an 11-person Executive Board, each member taking charge of a distinct area of Blue Key's daily operations. 

Positions include: President, Secretary, Treasurer, Membership Coordinator, Engagement Coordinator, Event Coordinator, Inclusion Coordinator, Outreach Coordinator, and Development Coordinator. 

Each member of the Executive Board also oversees a chair board to further assist with their area of expertise.
